In the dojo you might hear people talking about Yudansha and Mudansha. Simply, Mudansha means "the one who does not hold a dan degree" (all students from 6th to first kyu) whereas Yudansha stands for "the one who holds a dan degree" (from firts to 10th dan). Moreover, Nyumonsha are "those who are entering the gates", that is beginner ().

Please note that the calendar 2007/2008 of Yudansha classes might undergo some changes during the year.

MEZIERES METHOD
The Mézières Method is a physical therapy conceived and developed from 1947 by Françoise Mézières, a French physiotherapist. This method is suitable for everybody and its principal skill is the reharmonization of the body structure and symmetry throughtout muscular and respiratory exercises.
The Mézières method applies to rehabilitation of pathologies such as orthopedics, dysmorphia, vertebral, articular and muscular troubles (scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis, luxations, arthritis, etc.).

It is a good exercise for education and prevention of body and mind healthiness.
